My name is Treyeshua and this website exists to explain the single most important spiritual exercise that has made my life so much better.

This is religion independent. In my life I was born Jewish, raised Catholic, became agnostic, then became a Protestant in numerous traditions before being baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ, of Latter-day Saints in 2017 at the age of 56. I have also attended religious services at some non-Jesus following traditions, including Islam and Sikh.

I have found daily repentance, where I spend a few moments analyzing my words and actions towards others each day, to be a great pratice. Each of us are, like God, eternal beings.  The more we take on the character of God, the more blessing we receive that we can then use to bless others, which then makes us even more like God. It is the secret of living an abundant life now.
