My name is Treyeshua and this website exists to explain the single most important spiritual exercise that has made my life so much better.
This is religion independent. In my life I was born Jewish, raised Catholic, became agnostic, then became a Protestant in numerous traditions before being baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ, of Latter-day Saints in 2017 at the age of 56. I have also attended religious services at some non-Jesus following traditions, including Islam and Sikh.
I have found daily repentance, where I spend a few moments analyzing my words and actions towards others each day, to be a great pratice.
